Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement:
The following defines our Responsibility with respect to all of our trips.
You acknowledge that during any tours booked by DTOURZ in which you will be participating, certain risk and dangers may arise.
You are voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any risks.
You therefore release and discharge DTOURZ, its affiliates and employees from all claims, actions and demands of any nature that may include claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from my participation in the Tours and / or Expeditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund and FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE if cancellation is received less than 24 Hrs prior to departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments, which were received, will be promptly refunded. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Act of God.
